1. Scope of Application
By registering for and using the iLotusLand software provided by iLotusLand, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Duration and Scope of Free Use
- Free usage period: 1 year.
- Number of user accounts: 3 user accounts.
- Number of connected monitoring stations (MS): 3 stations.
- Usage package: Up to 25 parameters per station.
3. Software Access Rights & Features
- The Customer is granted the right to use the iLotusLand software on the Cloud platform.
- During the usage period, the software may be updated or upgraded. Any changes will be notified in advance.
4. Support Services
- Free notification services via Email and Mobile/Web application are provided.
- If the Customer wants SMS notifications, instructions for registration with third-party providers (eSMS) will be provided.
5. Warranty and Technical Support
During the usage period, the Customer will receive free support according to the following levels:
- Level 1 (Critical): Resolution within 1 working day.
- Level 2 (Serious): Resolution within 3 working days.
- Level 3 (Requests, Suggestions): Response within 5 working days.

6. Renewal and Payment After Free Usage Period
After the trial period, the contract will automatically renew with an annual software usage fee of 27,000,000 VND (including warranty, excluding SMS).
iLotusLand will send a payment request 10 days prior to renewal. Failure to pay on time will result in the revocation of software usage rights.
7. Customer Rights and Obligations
- The Customer must provide technicians to support data transmission during software installation.
- Provide complete information to activate accounts.
- Keep account credentials confidential and do not share email/password.
- Be responsible for data uploaded to the system.
- Have the right to use, export, or delete data according to available features.
- Not violate laws while using the software.
8. Provider Rights and Obligations
- Provide timely and full access rights to the software.
- Keep data confidential and do not access/modify Customer content without consent (except for support requests or legal requirements).
- Have the right to use the Customer’s name in marketing materials to illustrate software usage.
- Provide technical support and warranty as committed.
