Circular No. 10/2021/TT-MONRE of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment: Technical regulations on environmental monitoring and management of environmental quality monitoring information and data.

The automatic wastewater monitoring system is implemented in accordance with 2022 Environmental Protection Law the latest, Decree 08/2022/ND-CP. Recent changes are related to the entities, parameters, frequency, and deadlines for installing continuous automatic monitoring systems, which are integrated into environmental permits.

On January 10, 2022, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 02/2022/TT-MONRE on detailed regulations for the implementation of some articles of the Law on Environmental Protection. This Circular details the implementation of some articles of Decree 36/2017/ND-CP, Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP, Decree No. 47/2020/ND-CP of the Government regulating details detailing some articles of the Law on Environmental Protection. The scope of application includes agencies, organizations, communities, households, and individuals engaged in activities related to the provisions in Article 1 of this Circular within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including mainland, islands, sea areas, land, and airspace.

Circular 10/2021/TT-MONRE was issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on June 30, 2021. It aims to regulate environmental monitoring and the management of information and data related to environmental quality monitoring. iLotusLand's purpose is to share information about the technical regulations for environmental monitoring and the management of data on environmental quality monitoring. This ensures the connection and sharing of information and data from monitoring stations, as well as the unified regulations for data reception, transmission, and management within automatic and continuous environmental monitoring systems.

The regulations regarding wastewater monitoring are outlined in Circular 17/2021-TT by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. These regulations focus on monitoring the exploitation and use of water resources by facilities with water resource exploitation and utilization projects (excluding seawater). The objective is to share information on monitoring activities related to the exploitation and use of water resources with companies and businesses operating in the relevant business sectors. This ensures the connection and sharing of information and data from facilities involved in water resource exploitation and utilization with state management agencies from central to local levels.
