HCM – International Sales Executive – Software

iLotusLand Vietnam JSC is a pioneering technology company in the field of environmental monitoring and sustainable development (ESG). A member of the Việt An Group, we specialize in providing environmental management and monitoring software solutions via Web and Mobile platforms (Android, iOS…).

Officially launched in 2015, iLotusLand has since connected thousands of monitoring stations and served over 500 FDI factories and industrial parks (Coca-Cola, Vinamilk, EVNGenco3, Formosa, Vedan, VSIP Industrial Parks, Viglacera, IDICO, Protrade, Amata, etc.), as well as various government environmental authorities (Departments of Natural Resources and Environment in Binh Duong, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Binh Dinh, etc.).

We are actively expanding into international markets, having exported our software to 20+ countries, and are positioning ourselves as a leading IoT platform provider for industrial applications in Vietnam.

II. Job Description

As a Sales Consultant – Solution Advisor at iLotusLand, Vietnam’s leading platform for real-time environmental data monitoring, you will:

•  Consult and sell iLotusLand’s SaaS/On-Premise software solutions to corporate clients in sectors such as environment, manufacturing, energy, and industry.
• Build and grow a network of domestic business partners through industry events, IoT and environmental seminars.
• Conduct product demos and solution presentations for potential clients and partners.
• Analyze customer needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure environmental compliance.
• Prepare business proposals, technical-commercial documents, and customized sales presentations to support clients’ decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and software deployment.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to propose relevant go-to-market strategies.
• Provide regular work reports to direct supervisors.

III. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, IT, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software or solution sales. Experience in SaaS, IoT, automation, energy, or environmental solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•  Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
•  Good command of English communication is an advantage.
