- Transportation System: The internal road network is designed in a grid layout, ensuring flexibility and easy access to each plot. The Central Road is 51 meters wide, while the sub-sector roads range from 22.5 to 33 meters wide, and internal roads within each functional area are 8 to 15 meters wide, ensuring smooth transportation and goods movement.
- Electricity Supply: The park is powered by the 110/22kV Hoa Lien station with a capacity of 2x63MVA, ensuring a stable electricity supply throughout the area. The electrical system is fully developed and can directly connect to each enterprise in the park.
- Water Supply: Water is sourced from the Hoa Lien Water Plant, with a capacity of 240,000 m³/day, ensuring a continuous and reliable water supply for businesses.
- Drainage and Wastewater Treatment: The park has a separate drainage system for wastewater and rainwater. Wastewater is treated at a wastewater treatment plant that covers 2 hectares, with a capacity of 18,000 m³/day, ensuring environmental standards are met before discharge.
