The company's inception was tied to the mission of building Vietnam's first functional ecological urban area following the modern urban development trends seen in other countries: the Ecopark urban area.
After more than 15 years of development, Ecopark has become a model functional city, pioneering the trend of Green Real Estate at reasonable prices and earning international recognition with numerous prestigious awards. The company's leadership decided to change its name to Ecopark Corporation Joint Stock Company, aiming for sustainable development and multi-sector investment in fields such as education, healthcare, clean agriculture, high technology, tourism, and entertainment. At the same time, it maintains its key position as a professional urban development and investment corporation following the Green Real Estate trend, expanding the Ecopark urban model across the country.
