IDICO Industrial Park Services One Member Co., Ltd.(IDICO-ISC) was established under Resolution No. 49/NQ-TCT dated December 29, 2021 and Decision No. 132/QD-TCT dated December 29, 2021 of IDICO Corporation on the basis of merging IDICO Corporation-CTCP Branch in the East (IDICO-IEB) and IDICO Construction One Member Co., Ltd. (IDICO-ICC), and at the same time receiving a part of IDICO Urban and Industrial Park Development One Member Co., Ltd. (IDICO-URBIZ). The company officially started operating from January 1, 2022 with a charter capital of 100 billion VND.
The main business lines of IDICO-ISC Company are industrial park infrastructure services, industrial park wastewater treatment, water supply business and construction materials production (commercial concrete and precast concrete pipes).
IDICO-ISC provides management and operation services for wastewater treatment systems. Receiving, collecting and treating wastewater generated from production activities of enterprises located within the planning boundary of Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park and 3 units: Kim Phong Caramic Industry Investment, Production and Trade Company; Nhon Trach Industrial Park workers' housing area 10.02ha; Industrial Park workers' housing area 10ha.
IDICO-ISC distributes clean water to customers in Phu My 2 and Phu My 2 extended industrial parks from the clean water supply source, Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
IDICO-ISC is the unit assigned by IDICO Corporation (IDICO) to manage and operate the Nhon Trach 5, My Xuan A, Phu My II and Phu My II expansion industrial park projects. Currently, IDICO-ISC manages 5 industrial parks in Vietnam with a total area of nearly 1,500 hectares. The industrial parks managed and operated by IDICO-ISC have strategic investment locations, some industrial parks are near the large port of Phu My - Cai Mep, near Ho Chi Minh City;
IDICO ISC is currently managing and operating the Puzzolan and cement factory in Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Quang Ngai; the Son Tinh commercial concrete and centrifugal concrete pipe factory in Quang Ngai.
