28 Corporation One Member Limited Liability Company is an enterprise directly under the General Department of Logistics - Ministry of National Defense, established in May 1975, officially operating under the parent company-subsidiary model since 2006 and becoming Corporation 28 in 2008 according to the decision of the Prime Minister.

With the title of "Hero of Labor Unit," the company positions itself as a leading security and defense enterprise, primarily operating in three strategic sectors: textile, petroleum, and real estate. Among these, the textile sector is considered the core, while petroleum and real estate play supporting roles.
28 Corporation has adopted a development strategy for the textile industry aimed at increasing value, transitioning from subcontracting to Free on Board (FOB), and advancing towards Original Design Manufacturing (ODM). The company's Fiber Dyeing and Finishing sector includes 100% cotton, TC, and TR fibers with a capacity of up to 3,000 tons per year. Finished textile and dyeing products encompass various fabric types such as 100% cotton, linen and blended fabrics, TR, and TC, achieving a production capacity of 20 million meters per year with a width of 1.6 meters.

The textile sector of 28 Corporation comprises 11 production workshops and 85 planned production lines.
