Vinamilk Tien Son Dairy Factory
Vinamilk Tien Son, a subsidiary of Vinamilk Vietnam Joint Stock Company, is an extensively developed dairy factory with increased production capacity. It is located in Tien Son Industrial Park, Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province. Since its commencement in 2009, the factory has expanded and currently operates three production workshops equipped with modern technology and quality management systems that adhere to international standards. With over 500 employees, the factory produces more than 90 renowned Vinamilk products, including sterilized milk, drinking yogurt, soy milk, fruit juice, yogurt, ice cream, and condensed milk.
This modern factory utilizes the most advanced milk production technology from Germany and Sweden, with annual production capacities of 85 million milk cartons, 360 million yogurt cups, 120 million liters of fruit juice and milk beverages, 2 million liters of ice cream, and 56 million liters of soy milk. Its primary focus is to serve the northern provinces.
This state-of-the-art factory has established an environmentally compliant management system. The expansion and increased production capacity of the factory will enable Vinamilk to meet the dairy product demands of consumers in Hanoi and the northern provinces more effectively.

As an agricultural company, Vinamilk has adopted circular economy principles throughout its production and business cycle. Circular economy and sustainable development initiatives have significantly reduced resource input and waste generation.
An exemplary circular economy application is the biogas system implemented on dairy farms, which converts waste into resources such as fertilizer, water, and biogas. This approach is considered a "green key" to minimize waste and greenhouse gas emissions and operate environmentally friendly farms. In addition, Vinamilk is actively transitioning to use green energy sources such as CNG, biomass, and solar energy.
Vinamilk Tien Son Implements iLotusLand Wastewater Monitoring Software
Various components in dairy production wastewater, such as COD, pH, TSS, NH4, have the potential to cause environmental pollution throughout the production process. Additionally, dairy processing wastewater often contains high levels of suspended solids, easily biodegradable organic matter, and low pH levels. While dairy production wastewater is not highly concentrated with pollutants, it has a substantial flow rate, which, if left untreated, can accumulate and result in high pollution levels.
To effectively treat wastewater and prevent environmental contamination, Vinamilk Tien Son has invested in the installation of an automatic wastewater monitoring station and the iLotusLand data monitoring software. This system continuously monitors and supervises wastewater sources, effectively preventing unauthorized discharges.
