Monitoring the environmental parameters in our living environment is very important and has an extreme urgency in developing countries such as ours. The trend of environmentally friendly production can also be seen within the various stages of water treatment. Another activity on which the water sector is focused is on improving the availability of water quality monitoring, its evaluation and the related warning systems. More specifically, the water supply industry has placed continuous water quality measurement systems (also available online) at the location of unfiltered water extraction, monitoring the quality of clean water at factories; in particular before dispersion, and have them equipped with additional, modern, water quality analysis equipment.

Economic and social development is on the rise; however, it leaves a significant amount of wastewater. In heavily polluted urban areas, streams and rivers are contaminated, posing a serious threat to resources and water treatment plants. In recent times, publicity efforts, the construction of waste collection and treatment facilities, and the implementation of automatic monitoring systems for wastewater discharge have been extensively invested in by the Binh Duong province, yielding positive results.
