iLotusland for Factory

In recent years, the Vietnamese paper manufacturing industry has made significant strides. However, activities during the paper production process greatly impact considerably to the atmospheric environment. With a focus on development combined with environmental protection of the Marubeni Corporation, iLotusLand has successfully implemented an automatic emissions monitoring system that meets all the requirements of Kraft of Asia Paperboard & Packaging Company (KOA).

As part of its sustainable development strategy, TKV Minerals Corporation - Joint Stock Company has chosen to use the iLotusLand for Environment software, which employs IoT technology, to manage and monitor environmental data. This is aimed at monitoring wastewater quality with the goal of protecting the environment and ensuring that environmental discharge during production complies with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's regulations.

Formosa Vung Ang is a company located in Vung Ang economic zone, Ha Tinh province, which is a complex project of iron and steel complex and Son Duong deep-water port starting in 2008 with a total investment of nearly 10 billion USD (capacity of more than 10 billion USD) million tons/year in phase I) and plans to increase capital to 27 billion USD (20 million tons/year in phase II).

Economic and social development is on the rise; however, it leaves a significant amount of wastewater. In heavily polluted urban areas, streams and rivers are contaminated, posing a serious threat to resources and water treatment plants. In recent times, publicity efforts, the construction of waste collection and treatment facilities, and the implementation of automatic monitoring systems for wastewater discharge have been extensively invested in by the Binh Duong province, yielding positive results.

Industrial activities from manufacturing plants are the cause of 2/3 of the pollution emissions into the environment. The excessive amount of emissions annually has a direct and comprehensive impact on the living environment, not only endangering the planet's ecosystem but also directly affecting our health. To ensure compliance with local and governmental wastewater discharge regulations and to prevent pollution and its impact on human health, CocaCola Thu Duc Factory has deployed the use of Emission Monitoring Software developed by iLotusLand.
