Monitoring air emissions is the optimal solution for managing and supervising systems, widely applied in factories and industrial zones. Recently, iLotusLand completed a project to provide software for automatic and continuous monitoring of air emissions at Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company in Hung Yen province. We have officially handed over the software and conducted a training session for the client.

Acecook Hung Yen promotes investment in building an emission monitoring and treatment system to protect the environment

Since receiving early warnings from various reputable domestic and international agencies about the significant decline in the living environment, in recent years, Acecook Hung Yen has consistently focused on environmental protection. In particular, monitoring the treatment and discharge activities is often emphasized.

As a company specializing in food production on an assembly line and applying equipment from Japan, environmental management and food safety control are always prioritized by the enterprise. Therefore, the company consistently invests in environmental protection solutions, partly to build the image and trust of consumers, as well as to affirm the brand for the company.

Currently, Acecook Hung Yen is constructing and operating a waste gas treatment system while implementing reasonable monitoring of emissions into the environment. To strengthen this process, the company has decided to collaborate with iLotusLand to install a data monitoring system for gas emissions. This allows the company to track the changes in air quality and make assessments in accordance with legal regulations.

Current Status

To timely capture data on the quality and flow of wastewater connected to the monitoring system of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the company has installed an automatic wastewater monitoring system at the hydraulic measurement trough. The parameters include Flow rate, Pressure, Total Dust, SO2, NO2, NO, CO, Temperature, and O2, all of which are connected to the central control station to meet the provincial monitoring requirements. These measured parameters are connected to the central control station, allowing state management agencies to monitor and grasp the indicators 24/7.
