Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Zone (AMATA city Long Thanh) is a project invested by the AMATA Group (Thailand), a conglomerate with extensive experience in implementing large-scale industrial zone projects in Thailand. The group has achieved notable success, particularly with the Amata Bien Hoa Industrial Zone in Dong Nai, which began in 1994.
Building on these successes, the Long Thanh Industrial Zone project has gained trust and officially received investment registration certification in 2015, covering a total area of 410 hectares with a total investment capital of up to 282 million USD. The project aims to attract new-generation technology manufacturing sectors, expecting to create added value in technical technology and contribute to the socio-economic development of the local and provincial areas.
The outstanding potential of AMATA City Long Thanh
Strategically located adjacent to the HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway and just 10 km from Long Thanh International Airport, connecting seamlessly with the seaport and airport, the project enjoys superior logistics advantages and attracts the attention of FDI investors. It is also one of the few industrial zones in Dong Nai province with available land for lease, receiving attention and support from various levels of government agencies, from Long Thanh district to Dong Nai province, during the implementation process.
Despite facing numerous challenges, the project has completed land clearance for 247 hectares (approximately 60%), been granted land use rights certification for 120 hectares, and commenced infrastructure construction since July 2023.
