However, environmental pollution from the production of aluminum and plastic goods can be minimized through the use of advanced technology, recycling, and responsible consumer behavior. Therefore, LIXIL Global Manufacturing Vietnam Company (LGMV) has implemented emission monitoring software to easily control environmental pollution.

LIXIL Global Manufacturing Vietnam Company is a subsidiary of LIXIL Corporation, with its main headquarters located in Chiyoda, Tokyo. LIXIL VINA is the first company to supply and produce high-quality aluminum and plastic products such as doors, windows, and exterior equipment nationwide, from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City.
LIXIL Vietnam is located in Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, approximately 40km away from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. This is a factory specializing in the production of interior furniture such as window frames, door frames, and exterior products (such as pipes and heat-dissipating parts) for high-quality Japanese architecture.

LIXIL is focusing on reducing emissions, using recycled materials, participating in environmental programs, and implementing other measures to reduce negative impacts on the environment.
LGVM obtains International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-REC), aiming to reduce CO2 emissions
LGMV has been and continues to make efforts to reduce CO2 emissions through activities aimed at improving productivity and energy efficiency to achieve the LIXIL Environmental Vision 2025. In recent years, rapid industrialization has led to an increase in coal-fired power generation, causing the CO2 emissions factor of electricity and the total CO2 emissions to rise annually.
That is the reason why LIXIL Housing Technology has purchased International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-RECs) – an internationally recognized renewable energy certificate issued in about 50 countries worldwide to offset CO2 emissions with a purchase commitment of 15,000 MWh, equivalent to 30% of the total electricity consumption at the entire factory, resulting in a reduction of approximately 10,000 tons of CO2 per year (about 20% reduction).
The company will continue to minimize its environmental impact resulting from its business activities by achieving the "Carbon Neutrality and Circular Living" goal, which includes reducing and adapting to climate change, conserving water, and promoting circularity. It will continue to set global standards and enhance environmental values and water-related issues.
LIXIL organizes the Environmental Week
In response to World Environment Day on June 5, 2022, initiated by the United Nations with the theme "Only One Earth," LIXIL ViNa organized the LIXIL Environment Week. The activities included cleaning, waste collection, and tree planting, spreading awareness and enhancing environmental protection actions in our daily lives.

Through the process of measurement and analysis of parameters such as FLOW, Dust, CO, SO2, O2, NOx, Temp, Pressure, the monitored data is continuously transmitted directly to the software. This enables timely alerts regarding the quality of emissions at the installation site. Consequently, the company can promptly detect and address potential environmental changes, which may affect the surrounding quality of life.
