What is your job?
- Gather and analyze business requirements: Mid-level BAs work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Mid-level BAs need the ability to analyze and propose suitable business solutions according to customer requirements.
- Design and evaluate business solutions: Mid-level BAs develop business solutions to address issues or improve business efficiency. They also evaluate these solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements.
- Execute project activities: Mid-level BAs participate in project activities to implement business solutions and ensure that activities are completed on schedule and meet customer requirements.
- Plan and manage projects: Mid-level BAs support project management, plan, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Training support: Mid-level BAs may provide training and guidance to new employees or team members.
- Evaluate business effectiveness: Mid-level BAs support project management, plan, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Communication and presentation: Mid-level BAs have good communication and presentation skills, enabling them to present business situations, proposals, and solutions clearly and effectively

Work experience:
- Work experience: Mid-level BAs should have 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields such as project management, software development, software quality, or system analysis.
- Analytical skills: Experience in business analysis, including business process analysis, requirement identification, business process modeling, data analysis, and developing appropriate solutions to address business problems.
- Communication skills: Experience in communicating with stakeholders to gather information, present ideas, negotiate, and explain technical requirements.
- Experience with software development methodologies: Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma.
One or more of the following certifications:
- CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)
- CABA (Certified Agile Business Analyst)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
