Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP) covers a total area of 1,046 hectares and is equipped with modern, synchronized infrastructure that meets international standards. Located in Phuoc Hoa Ward, Phu My Town, ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, the industrial park proudly offers high-quality services along with attractive incentive policies.

In 2014, Phu My 3 SIP was selected to be developed as a specialized industrial park, following Decision No. 109/VPCP-QHQT dated January 7, 2014, by the Government Office, regarding the selection of a site for developing a specialized industrial park in ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

The investor of Phu My 3 SIP is Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, established in 2007. The park was officially established under Decision No. 3565/QĐ-UBND dated October 22, 2009, by the People’s Committee of ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

In addition to the economic growth, Phu My 3 deep-processing industrial park always pays special attention to the environment, and performs well social responsibilities to contribute to building the image of the company for sustainable development. Currently, the wastewater treatment plants of the industrial park have reached the A standard - the highest standard according to Vietnamese wastewater discharge standards.
