Việc công khai dữ liệu môi trường theo quy định tại điều 113 Luật số 55/2014/QH13 của Quốc hội: LUẬT BẢO VỆ MÔI TRƯỜNG
1. Thông tin môi trường phải được công khai gồm:
a) Báo cáo đánh giá môi trường chiến lược, đánh giá tác động môi trường và kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường;
b) Thông tin về nguồn thải, chất thải, xử lý chất thải;
c) Khu vực môi trường bị ô nhiễm, suy thoái ở mức nghiêm trọng và đặc biệt nghiêm trọng, khu vực có nguy cơ xảy ra sự cố môi trường;
d) Các báo cáo về môi trường;
đ) Kết quả thanh tra, kiểm tra về bảo vệ môi trường.
Các thông tin quy định tại khoản này mà thuộc danh mục bí mật nhà nước thì không được công khai.
2. Hình thức công khai phải bảo đảm thuận tiện cho những đối tượng có liên quan tiếp nhận thông tin.
3. Cơ quan công khai thông tin môi trường chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về tính chính xác của thông tin.

Additionally, the product serves as a valuable tool for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, assisting businesses in attracting foreign investments and ensuring standards for enterprises and factories within the region.
Officially launched in 2014, iLotusLand has, to date, connected more than 1000 environmental monitoring stations, serving over 600 foreign direct investment (FDI) companies such as Coca-Cola, Orion, EVN CENCOS Formosa Hà Tĩnh, Vedan, Acecook, as well as industrial zones like Amata Đồng Nai, VSIP 1,2, 2A Bình Dương, Sài Gòn VRG, Protrade Bình Dương, and various government environmental management agencies including the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Bình Dương province, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Quảng Ninh province.
