The Cẩm Phả Thermal Power Plant is situated in Zone 20, Cẩm Thịnh Ward, Cẩm Phả Town, Quảng Ninh Province, Vietnam. It holds a significant role in the country's energy production sector. With investors including the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) and the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (Vinaincon), in collaboration with local coal companies, the plant represents a strong synergy between technical capabilities and abundant resources.
