Nam Dinh is a province located in the Red River Delta region, belonging to the North Central Coast of Vietnam. The province's economy depends mainly on agriculture and traditional industries. According to the assessment of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, the environmental pollution situation in the province is increasingly complex, mainly in areas including: industrial zones, craft villages, livestock farming areas.
