Phần mềm quản lý quan trắc iLotusLand giúp Sở TNMT Trà Vinh quản lý môi trường nước mặt sông, nước biển và chất lượng không khí xung quanh. Tỉnh Trà Vinh là một tỉnh ven biển nằm giữa sông Tiền và sông Hậu, có đường bở biển dài 65km và giáp với hai cửa ngõ giao thương quốc tế Cung Hâu và Định An. Vị trí địa lí chiến lược cùng với lợi thế về tài nguyên biển đã đem lại cho tỉnh Trà Vinh những tiềm năng để trở thành một trong những tỉnh trọng điểm phát triển kinh tế biển của vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.
To exploit the potential rationally and ensure sustainable development of the province, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tra Vinh province always pays special attention to the protection of marine resources, as evidenced by its environmental protection strategies and action plans for water resource protection in the province. Among them, the application of modern technology to serve the conservation of resources is one of the priorities of the Department.

As of now, the DNRE of Tra Vinh has established and implemented a network of 25 environmental monitoring stations, which includes:
- Surface Water Monitoring Network: Consisting of 18 monitoring stations, measuring 12 parameters (COD, DO, pH, TSS, Temp, Conductivity, Ammonia, Nitrate, Oil in water, Level, Salinity, Phosphate).
- Groundwater Monitoring Network: Comprising 6 monitoring points, measuring 2 parameters (Level, Flow).
- Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Network: Featuring 1 monitoring station, measuring 16 parameters (Nox, SO2, O3, NO2, NO, CO, PM10, PM2.5, Humidity, Wind Direction, Wind Speed, Radiation, Temp, Dust, Pressure, Precipitation).
Challenges in Implementing Monitoring and Observation Projects
Due to the urgent needs from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tra Vinh province, the installation and configuration team has to race against time while ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with the set targets and standards when put into use.
This can be said to be the only challenge in this project. In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tra Vinh province has also provided enthusiastic support for resources and personnel to help the project complete on schedule.
Monitoring solution for surface water, groundwater, and ambient air
Để quản lý và giám sát dữ liệu quan trắc môi trường trên địa bàn tỉnh. Sở TNMT Trà Vinh đã triển khai phần mềm quản lý dữ liệu quan trắc iLotusLand. Phần mềm đáp ứng nhu cầu giám sát tập trung và công khai số liệu của Sở TNMT tỉnh Trà Vinh đề ra, iLotusLand đã đưa ra bộ giải pháp iLotusLand dành cho môi trường nước mặt, nước biển, không khí xung quanh và màn hình LED hiển thị các thông số đo được. Bộ giải pháp này được thiết kế để phục vụ cho nhu cầu giám sát trực tuyến, thu thập dữ liệu và hiển thị báo cáo, cụ thể như sau:
- Integration of all data, including manually entered data, real-time data collected from sensors, and image data from cameras.
- The collected data is displayed on the software in the form of separate tables or charts for each emission unit parameter over the average time.
- Account notification features help bridge the physical distance, all issues are quickly notified through images and sounds.
- Public data sharing through LED screens: displaying water quality parameters in the area of factories.

Thông qua triển khai dự án iLotusLand for LED từ dữ liệu của Phần mềm quản lý quan trắc iLotusLand, tỉnh Trà Vinh đã đạt được những lợi ích trước mắt như sau:
- Time and manpower saving in surface and seawater monitoring: Operations and leadership can quickly grasp the actual situation to address timely changes in indices, contributing to the improvement and optimization of the environmental monitoring network in Trà Vinh province.
- The LED project has helped residents and businesses understand the water and air quality situation in Tra Vinh province, contributing to transparent environmental data
- Monitoring activities are not interrupted with both web and mobile platforms, tracking data anytime, anywhere. Business units with excess emissions will be correspondingly fined, thereby gradually reducing violations affecting the environment
