Implementation of Emissions Monitoring Software for Kraft of Asia

Kraft of Asia Paperboard & Packaging Company

Located in the Phu My 3 Industrial Zone, Kraft of Asia Paperboard & Packaging Company (KOA) is a carton production company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marubeni Group of Japan. This is the first Japanese paper mill investment in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, with a capacity of 400,000 tons per year over an area of 15 hectares.

Not only is it a paper manufacturing company oriented towards commercial values, but KOA's significant responsibility when venturing into the world is to contribute to the common societal goal of "preserving and protecting the environment," alongside sustainable business, activities that create value for the future, and innovative collaboration with the community.

Installing emissions monitoring station - Opening a new era of sustainable development

Being a heavy industry paper manufacturing company, when KOA decided to invest in Vietnam, they were concerned not only about economic issues but also about environmental matters. This is the company's mission to lead in reducing emissions and waste, and protecting the surrounding environment.

To meet the demand of Marubeni Corporation, iLotusLand, in collaboration with Viet An Group, decided to use the emissions monitoring system with sampling technology from CODEL, a UK-based company, combined with iLotusLand's environmental monitoring software. To fulfill the mission of economic development alongside environmental protection, the company needed to install an emissions monitoring system.
