Owns 6 consumer paper production lines and 5 industrial paper production lines with modern machinery and equipment imported from the US and Europe. Equipped with the largest and most modern wastewater treatment system in the paper industry in Vietnam (capacity 17,000 m3/day).
The Saigon Paper company has completed the installation and put into use monitoring equipment and an automatic monitoring system, comprising of:
- 2 emissions stations
- 1 wastewater station
Solution for managing and monitoring data
The home screen visually shows the data and device status of the automatic monitoring stations.
The solution integrates cameras that support remote visual monitoring.
When an anomaly occurs, the system automatically sends data-based notifications and monitors thresholds to enable timely resolution support.
Periodic reports are used monthly are set up quickly with the tool and published as Excel, enabling automatic processing and calculation of data.
The software is compact, simple to operate, and based on IoT technology.
By using 24-hour data monitoring anytime, anywhere, the mobile version is very useful to help operators and managers receive information and suggest the next steps anytime, anywhere.
