Nhon Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant

Nhon Trach 1 Thermal Power Plaint
Nhon Trach 1 thermal power plant was built in Phuoc Khanh, in the province of Dong Nai. The PV Power company is the main investor in this project.
The plant uses advanced technology, so called F generation, with a combined cycle gas turbine with a 2-2-1 configuration, including 2 gas turbines, 2 heat recovery furnaces and 1 steam turbine. With a total capacity reaching 750 MW of production capacity, the average amount of electricity is over 4 billion kWh/year. The plant uses natural gas as a fuel, which is being exploited from the Cuu Long and Nam Con Son basins.
  • Monitoring the status of data and capturing information from stations when the connection is lost takes a lot of time, which leads to a reactive response when something goes wrong. That is both times consuming and takes a lot of human resources.
  • Which solution is effectively providing accurate monitoring data, monitors the status of the remote automatic monitoring stations and ensures timely feedback?
  • By storing all the data over the lifetime of the automatic monitoring stations, searching the past data is difficult because of the large amount of data and the manual selection process.
  • Tools to support reporting are necessary because of the frequent recurrence of reporting in accordance with government regulations.
  • Because the data is stored in a sub-optimal way internal data-security is difficult to guarantee.
  • The Air Quality Index (AQI) is a point of concern, but because both the calculation as well as the reporting are not optimized, this whole process takes too much time.
  • Easy overview of the monitoring data that combines important numbers about data and equipment.
  • Display data with colors and represented in many different forms (charts, tables, on the map, …).
  • Features data alerts via text messages, with alarm thresholds and pre-set alarm frequency to suit your needs.
  • Highly secure because the activities of each account can be separately managed and by decentralizing specific features for each user.
  • Visual surveillance images are available by online camera.
  • The Air Quality Index (AQI) is pre-calculated according to the latest regulatory standards that have been issued.
  • Reports are pre-set according to forms as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Reporting is no longer tedious and time-consuming, in addition to responding to a fixed frequency of reporting, it also makes use of reports for managers to keep track of the overview for them.
  • Get peace of mind with the security provided by software.
  • When adding a new automatic monitoring station or modifying that monitoring station’s information, all actions are quite easy to perform and manage, with a clear system to use.
  • Efficient remote monitoring and clear reporting when something goes wrong.
