Phu My 3 Industrial Park is one of two model industrial park projects under the Cooperation and Development Agreement signed between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Japan in November 2011.

Thanks to utilizing and promoting the advantages of location and available resources, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company - the investor of Phu My 3 Industrial Park project has turned a depressed, saline land into a special and important project of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in particular, and the key economic zone in the South in general.

Specifically, by the end of 2021, Phu My 3 deep-processing industrial park has attracted 27 investors with a total capital investment of over VND 33,000 billion and is still continuing to build to become an attractive destination for international brands from many countries such as Japan, the United States...

In addition to the economic growth, Phu My 3 deep-processing industrial park always pays special attention to the environment, and performs well social responsibilities to contribute to building the image of the company for sustainable development. This has been recognized right in the core value of this industrial park: the focus is on protecting the environment, bringing added value to customers and partners as well as contributing to the socio-economic growth of the locality and promoting international cooperation relationships.

With the orientation of developing Phu My 3 industrial park into a deep-processing industrial park to attract Japanese investors, from the beginning of the construction, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company has built the industrial park infrastructure towards international standards, in which wastewater treatment is particularly valued. Currently, the wastewater treatment plants of the industrial park have reached the A standard - the highest standard according to Vietnamese wastewater discharge standards.
