Process Automation

Challenges
Inside your factory or processing plants there are many environmental indicators that need to be measured. And usually for each of these indicators like zone temperature, humidity, pressure, mean kinetic temperature etc. you use different manufacturers, with each of them having their own software and data-stream. So how to combine that data into one comprehensive report.

Process Automation

Our Solution
Sensors can give feedback to engineers and even machine manufacturers on the amount of wear or damage happening to internal components. Predicative software allows workers to know when maintenance is needed before a machine breaks and eliminates the need for routine checks, reducing downtime on both counts. iLotusLand has a built in feedback module receiving and analyzing exactly that kind of information. That way predictive maintenance can be monitored and performed very easily before your entire production process comes to a halt.
Your Benefits
The reports containing process and alarm data from the manufacturing environment and including zone temperature, humidity, pressure, temperature, particle count, mean kinetic temperature etc., can easily be integrated in our iLotusLand portal.
