File processing service error, even though restart, reload, resurrect commands were used to restore and start the file processing service? ( On premise )

💡 Symptom: Still connected to the database but unable to proceed.

To address this issue, use the command pm2 delete (id) to terminate the process and then open CMD with administrator privileges.

Truy cập đến thư mục chứ source và dùng lệnh pm2 reload ecosystem.config để khởi tạo lại tiến trình mới sau đó  dùng lệnh pm2 log (id) để kiểm tra lại tiến trình.
