Check and troubleshoot one or more stations losing connection on the software (On Premise + Cloud)?

💡 One or more stations are disconnected on the software as shown below, and signals from the monitoring systems on the enterprise and factory side have been checked.

  • Proceed to check if the FileZilla Server software is running. If it is not running, restart the file-receiving server as shown below.

  • Check whether the files from the enterprises are being transmitted to the designated folders. If not, examine the network signals, transmission lines, or datalogger devices at the station. Ensure that at the time of checking, files from the stations are indeed being transmitted to the receiving server.
